Ordering

This website offers secure online transactions. Choose items from
our online catalogue, add them to your order. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Delivery
and Carriage
UK mainland and Northern Ireland delivery is made by Parcel Force
Service (or Royal Mail on small items). Carriage on this service
is £3.50 for orders under £13.00. For orders over £13.00,
carriage will be £7.50. Orders over £200.00 we will
allow 10% discount and free carriage. Dispatch is usually within
7* working days.
If
you wish to make a purchase from outside the UK, please contact
us via phone/fax/email to process your order - we can only accept
online credit card payments from within the UK at present.
Carriage prices include VAT.
All
carriage prices are based on orders of up to 10Kgs in weight.
If your order is heavier than 10Kgs you will be advised of additional
carriage costs prior to dispatch.
Large
items will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable
to receive your parcel, please advise on the comments section
of the order form, with whom and where we can leave it.

Credit/Debit
Card Security
Credit card security is ensured by accepting credit/debit card
details through Protx; a secure payment service provider (PSP).
Credit/debit
card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.
Sensitive
information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is
protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
Additional
security measures include a security key that is used to produce
an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures
as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information.
They allow the receiver to validate that the information received
is identical to that sent.
No
credit/debit card information is held on this web site.

Payment
Terms
All payments are to be made in "Pounds Sterling" by Credit/Debit
Card, Cheque/Postal Order or by Telegraphic Transfer (absorbing
any bank charges incurred). All payments must be received before
the products will be dispatched. To this effect, we will await
clearance of cheques before dispatching. All Credit/Debit Cards
are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card
issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses or does not, for any
reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any
delay or non-delivery.
Availability
All orders for our products are subject to availability. If an
item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to advise
of any delay that we are aware of that might affect our promise
to dispatch within 7* working days.

Returns
Returns due to faulty goods or damage in transit; incorrectly delivered
items or returns due to order unsuitability (returned in a
saleable conditon), or for any other reason, will be at the
customers expense. A refund will be provided only on the cost
of the goods supplied ie refund will not include P&P charged
on Invoice.
Returns
for any other reason will be at customer's expense.
We
regret that we are unable to provide refunds on items that have
been ordered specifically to your requirements i.e. personalised
items, or made to measure garments; or on items that have been
used/worn (note that Safety Boots/Shoes) have a Manufacturers
wear and tear cover of six months); or where defect has been
caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage or non-adherence
to care instructions.
Goods
must be returned within 28 days of the date of dispatch.
Prices
The prices quoted on this website include VAT, are in UK pounds
sterling and are those ruling at the time of production. If
due to circumstances beyond our control, prices vary (including
any variation to the rate of value added tax), you will be
informed prior to dispatch. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
Receipts
You will receive an electronic receipt, with an order reference
number. In case of any query or to track your order, you will
need to quote your invoice number to one of our customer service
representatives

The limitations of broadcasting on this medium may mean slight

our sole discretion. To be eligible to purchase products on
this website you must, under English Law, be over the relevant
age to purchase restricted items, and possess a valid credit
or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
